Inspiration and motivation for a successful learning organization

The workshop MusicaLearning shows in an innovative way how the critical success factors for a learning organization are expressed and how they can be used. MusicaLearning is a motivating and stimulating workshop, catalyzing change processes in a team or organization in a creative and inspirational way.

Aleotti Ensemble, a Dutch musical ensemble, applies Peter Senge's five disciplines of Organizational Learning in its own practice as a professional ensemble. The workshop demonstrates how a small team can come to excellence in an authentic and sustainable way. Intense competition, the need for innovation within a traditional domain, JIT delivery and performing under great stress are as common in the classical music industry as in other business sectors.

The interactive and personal approach during the workshop makes it clear that the 'five disciplines' do not apply for this musical ensemble only. They can be applied for every organization that strives for (absolute?) excellence through teamwork and interpersonal synergies.
