The repertoire
The MusicaLearning workshop combines the theory of the learning organization with the practice of chamber music. Usually, the theory follows "The 5th Discipline", the classic work of Peter Senge about learning organizations, but it can also be combined with other well-known change or learning concepts.
The musical repertoire consists of a variety of chamber music pieces, ranging in style from Bach and Brahms to contemporary composers such as Piazzolla and D'Rivera. The Aleotti Ensemble masters a very wide and diverse repertoire with which a personal and attractive workshop can be designed and tailored to the wishes of the participants and the requirements of the organizational change process.
