The essence of the MusicaLearning workshop is simple: showing the participants how a professional musical ensemble collaborates in the production of a top product. The workshop demonstrates in an interactive and personal way that the same success factors essential for making this musical top product are also absolutely necessary for effective teamwork and cooperation in large organizations and in strategic change processes.
This approach gives the participants unusual and surprising insights; both from an individual and personal perspective and from a collective perception. In doing so, the workshop will generate inspiration and motivation for strategic change processes using a light and pleasant approach.

The most rewarding MusicaLearning experience is given in 1 or 2 half-day sessions, with a relatively small group (around 10 to 30 people). Preferably, the workshop is integrated into a wider development or change process (either individually or collectively), which may be related to strategic organizational changes or strategic planning.
